They quoted me $220 to pull a vacuum and re-charge my old system. Was charged $300 without consent or approval of extra Freon being needed. My blower motor worked just fine before taking her in. When I got it back they said it didn’t ever work. Needless to say my baby will never be visiting again. It cost me another $300 to get her right.
I am sorry Rudolph. We never know exactly how much freon will be needed until we evacuate the system. We do not automatically charge a customer for a full charge until we confirm the quantity needed. A business that sells a customer a full charge upfront has little reason to lower their price if it's not. We prefer to be accurately charge our customers after knowing what is needed not overcharge them upfront. Doing an evacuate and recharge has absolutely nothing to do with the blower motor and I am sure we could have brat the $300 you were charged to replace it elsewhere. Again we are sorry you were not happy with your visit.
