Their customer service is extremely unprofessional, after dropping my car off at 7:30am on a Saturday morning, i hadnt heard anything all day long. Not one update on my vehicle, so i called around 1pm ( they close at 5) Mike answered the phone and told me he would call me back in 10 minutes. So i, of course told them no problem and proceeded to wait for him to call me back. Well 2 more hours went by and i still had not heard anything so i called back to see about my vehicle. I was then told immediately that i needed a new transmission. I was in shock seeing how there was no code or my check engine light was not on. He began to accuse me of "laughing at him" i wasn't laughing at him at all. I was just in shock. So i found a ride back to their shop to retrieve my car and Mike again asked me why i laughed at him and told me that i was "stressing him out" !?!? Excuse me ? You just told me i needed a new transmission and accused me of laughing at you sir? I think i was the one who was stressed out. Also when he gave me my car back not only was the check engine light now on, my car had way less power. Needless to say this situation could have gone a lot better if his customer service skills were up to par. I actually did end up needing a new transmission and took it to another place that was way nicer and made me feel a lot better. So because of Mike yall lost that business. Im sure his 40 plus years of mechanical experience is good for vehicles but that lack of customer service experience needs to be addressed.
