Courteous , reliable , speedy service

I've used this AAS location about 5 times and I'm satisfied with their work. Being satisfied is no easy task for me since I do most of my own car repair and have high expectations in the quality of repair. But there are a few things (alignment, A/C) for which I don't have the equipment. That's when I use AAS. The work has been very good - no comebacks for me. And their service advisors are car knowledgeable, unlike the desk jockeys they use at many dealerships and garages.

I have been taking my Nissan Altima to Austin Automotive for several years and they have always been professional and provided excellent service at reasonable prices. They are thorough detecting what my car needs but never have pressured me to do to stuff that is not immediately necessary. They are honest, respectful and provide outstanding services at reasonable prices. I definitely recommend taking your car to them. I wrote this review a year ago. Just took it in for services that my 2006 needs at 70K miles and a big road trip coming up. Again, they were great. Thank you guys once again!
