Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

I called at 8:30 on Tuesday about a possible wheel hub issue and was told they could see it right away if I brought it in within an hour. I brought it in about 9:15 and they were able to look at it immediately. The problem was diagnosed with a repair costing about $200 less than I've been quoted at other places. I was on a time constraint because I had to pick someone up at the airport at 11:45am and they made sure the work was completed and I was out the door on time.

Been coming here for over 6 years. Great place, very friendly and professional. My go to place for my vehicles.

I've been using the Austin Automotive's Parmer Lane location for all my vehicles since 1994. Always respectful and professional,, they know their business. They are hands down the best with respect to doing the job quickly, correctly, and only what's needed - no "up-selling"! The only reason they didn't get 5 stars was because I was charged a diagnostic fee for the first time. Usually that charge is applied when they don't do the work but is normally part of the repair. I will never go anywhere else, the peace of mind that comes from trusting a mechanic is invaluable!

Thank you so much for figuring out what was wrong with my Ford Escape and doing your best to get the job done as quickly as you could.
