For a few months, my check engine light was going on and off randomly. I ran the diagnostics - but it didn’t trigger any codes. The light wasn’t flashing - so I wasn’t too worried. Then the ABS/ESC lights started going on and off - which put me into a panic. I scheduled the next available appointment with AAS. I dropped off my car the night before since my appt was scheduled for 8 a.m. the next day. By 7:30 a.m., I received a really cool “Condition Report” of my vehicle - which included a 65 point inspection categorized into “Ok”, “Recommended Service”, and “Services Required”. I called the shop to discuss the results and I got a detailed explanation of everything and all of my questions/concerns were professionally answered and addressed. Wouldn’t you know that all those lights going on and off were because I needed a wheel hub replacement and new tires - which I knew I was going to need soon anyway. For the tire replacement, I was given the option of going elsewhere - which I appreciated. But since the wheel hub replacement was also needed and the tire replacement quote I received was close enough to what I would have paid at say Discount Tire - I opted for everything to be done by AAS. The repair/tire replacement was scheduled to be completed in 3 days - but I got a call from Russell Darnell (shop manager) the next day saying the repair and tire replacement were complete - and received an APOLOGY that everything was completed EARLY! This was yet another experience with AAS that furthers my trust in them to continue servicing my vehicles after almost 15 years. Needless to say - I continue to highly recommend AAS!
Wow Nikki, thank you for being a loyal customer for that long! We really appreciate your trust in us and promise to continue to prove ourselves. Sorry again for getting your work done early 😜
