Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

I rolled in from Nebraska and my radiator blew up right in front of their shop. They got me in right away and had me back in a couple days due to the Fourth of July. I would go there again.

Friendly service. Very professional and won't try to hassle you into getting work done unnecessarily. I appreciate how clearly and honestly (with pics and videos) they show you what they suggest getting fixed, as opposed to a print out. I highly recommend their services!

11/10 Service from Austin Automotive! I showed up as a walk-in during a BUSY Saturday morning. 5-person line and phones ringing nonstop with 2 people at the front desk. They were the nicest and friendliest staff I’ve dealt with at a mechanic shop. They handled the traffic so professionally and got me in and out so fast that I’ll be a life-long customer as long as I’m in the area. Their diagnosis was also honest and far from price-gauging. I’ll trust these guys with any car service moving forward.

I brought my car to this shop for a new battery. The staff were nice and helpful. They made sure to rule out other reasons my car would not start before completing the battery exchange. The price was reasonable and given up front before service was provided. The staff communicated appropriately regarding the estimated time of wait for completed services. I will definitely go back to this location for my car service needs !

Fast, friendly and affordable. The warranty supplied was easy to use recently and the work to replace a faulty part was done quickly without any issues. Very pleased with them all around!!
