The technican was very helpful. He went over each item and explained what needed to be done. Unfortunately the insurance company would not cover the repairs. I will use them in the near future when the occasion arises again.

Sorry insurance wasn't as cooperative as you expected them to be Phadera. We hope there wasn't anything related to our shop that caused you to give 4 stars vs 5? If there's anything we could have done better to earn 5 stars, let us know! Thanks.

I called four different local places to service a brake flush and spark plugs and Austin Automotive Specialists Leander had the best price. Darryl and team exceeded my expectations in getting the job done quick and also confirming my differential oil was good and not in need of service. I’m VERY happy. Thank you!

I had a complicated issue with my car’s exhaust system. It took a couple of attempts to finally discover the problem, but they were very professional and accommodating to my needs. Stood by their warranties and got me back on the road!

We appreciate a fuel pump isn't the cheapest repair to get done and we tried our best to work with you on price and shared our 3yr/36k warranty with you. Sorry we couldn't come to an agreement. Second time I’ve brought my vehicle in, first time was for new breaks and second they figured out I needed a new transmission. Both times have been great, the staff are super transparent ,friendly and communicate very well. I will always bring my vehicle here anytime I need servicing.

I had the best experience and that’s coming from someone who avoids anything car related. Brandon was great at communicating the status of my vehicle and responded in a timely manner. Definitely recommend the William Cannon location.

Most people don't like having to deal with car issues, Catalina. But we will do whatever it takes to make sure the experience is a pleasant as possible and you are back on the road quickly and safely. Thanks for the review!
