Melissa and her team are great. Called about some repairs that needed to be done, and they recommended I come in to have an evaluation on my car. They showed me everything thing they were talking about on may car and that ultimately the previous service company was not being completely honest about the repairs. They were able to identify true safety and maintenance issues for my car and didn't try to upsell maintenance that didn't need to happen.

Exceptional service by Austin Automotive. Communications from Terrence were excellent. I'm a 73 year old woman and I felt very comfortable in their waiting room. Austin Automotive is honest and their prices are below what other shops charge. This was the first time I brought my car to them, and I would not go anywhere else!
