I've been going to this store for years. I always have a good experience. Comfortable waiting room. Super friendly and professional staff. Quick vehicle inspections. They will usually have you out of there in half the time they estimate. I've moved to the other end of Kyle, but I will still make the drive to come to this location.

I own a business locally I will go to no other business, unless Chris can't or doesn't service my need. Chris is the best he is honest he actually cares and is a pleasure to do business with. If I have an urgent situation he will jump in and just take care of it. This is huge to me because a delay in service means a delay for my customers. Love this business!!!!!!!

I would like to thank Austin Automotive Specialist over at 8405 Research Blvd. The regional manager, Clay reached out to me concerning my 2015 dodge ram ,they did a re-diagnostic of my engine and found the culprit to my engine failure ,the guys there gave me a couple of options to get my truck repaired, the coolest thing they did not charge me another diagnose fee.
