I went in for the whole brake/rotor change and was very impressed with this place on a number of levels. Fast/fair quote, work was done in a very timely manner and I was kept up to date via auto-text messages. Gentleman behind the counter was super friendly and easy to deal with. I scheduled an Alignment appointment for 10:30am, I called to say I was running 15 minutes behind. They said we will take care of you no problem. I was greeted by a true professional in the automotive industry, Paul. He asked what I was experiencing with my Audi, I told him about an abnormal tire wear pattern. No problem, we'll check it out. I waited for the alignment to be performed, the mechanic finished on the promised time. He took time to greet me as well. They provided me a printout explaining the before and after adjustments. If you're looking for an honest Automotive Shop which treats you with respect; with a very comfortable (Internet & TV) waiting area, I would highly recommend you give Paul a call or stop in and say hi and let them take a look at your vehicle. They are always honest and efficient. I have been taking my 2014 Equinox to them for 4 yrs. They do not push extras on me when they change the oil. I have had the check engine light come on 3 times this year. The last time they could not find anything wrong with it, so they cleared it and told me to come back if it came on again.They did not charge me for this. The Round Rock location is friendly and clean.

I came to this shop randomly and unintentionally.. My car tire blew when I was on the toll road, so I pulled off and rejoiced when I saw there was an automotive shop right off the exit. I'm 8 months pregnant and had my son (under 2) with me, and my husband was in the middle of a business meeting, so I had no hope of fixing things myself. Clay was welcoming and SO helpful. He kindly took care of EVERYTHING (I didn't even know if I had a spare tire, where my wheel lock was, etc.) while my son and I waited in his shop. He didn't even charge me, and he refused to take the cash I tried to hand him. I'm so thankful that he saved me from a total disaster being trapped on a cold day with my little guy!
