The actual service was great and they got what I needed done. I just would’ve liked a little more communication on the length of time it would take. I dropped my car off Friday at 11am and was told my vehicle would be ready by 3pm. I didn’t receive a call with any updates by EOD Friday. I called myself Saturday morning for an update and was told they should have a diagnostic ready by 11am saturday. What was the point of me leaving it there friday then? After the diagnostic was done, service was great. Like I said, a little more communication would have been appreciated. I understand everyone is busy and it may have just slipped through the cracks.
