Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

I have used Austin Automotive Specialists twice now and it has been a fantastic experience each time. They always tell you exactly what is wrong, and it is clear they charge you for exactly what they are doing, nothing more. I have felt very comfortable each time I have brought my vehicle there, and they have been flexible and speedy with the repair items. Wes was very communicative and very helpful throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend them to anyone!

Those guy diagnosed my car’s problem the next day and get the job done in 3 days after submitting final quote! And I forgot the guy’s name but he gave me his personal phone number and kept updating and answer all of my questions! He is awesome!

Only discrepancy I have was I was told it would cost $75 for diagnostics over the phone then when I get there they told me it was going to be $160. Other than that Andy and Wes were very professional and accommodating. Also no on called but I did receive a text I almost missed bc I fell asleep luckily I woke up before 5:00pm and touched base with Wes who sent me a link to pay my bill over the phone. The invoice wasn’t itemized and just shows a total which was slightly annoying. Other than that I paid my bill and he left my key out for me to get into my car. Pretty straight forward and they even let bring my truck back to them after the part came in without billing me. Very accommodating and honest. Glad you guys fixed my AC in this weather I really appreciate it. Highly recommend them and would definitely be bringing my vehicles back here. Thanks Austin Automotive!
