Went for an oil change and inspection to see if this is a good fit for our family. 3 hours after our appointment it was barely done from the oil change (hurried) and no inspection was done due to time for us to leave. Not a good fit for us.

We appreciate the feedback Teresa as it's a chance for us to get better. While we did apologize when you were at the shop, we should have done better to communicate when we were going to be able to get your vehicle in.
