My car was in pretty bad shape with worn rotors and an engine problem - I thought it would take a few days to repair. Thanks to them it was fixed before end of day! Andy got me quickly checked in without an appointment. Tim is always so kind and helpful! I will be returning if need help in future! Pricing was fair for the work also, great experience. Side note: A few weeks prior, I stopped by due to a foul smell under hood. Tim was nice enough to come out and take a peek even without an appointment. Nice people! :)

They were very fast, and have convenient text updates. Fair pricing (actually a little cheaper than what a huge chain quoted me) and seemed up front about the services. Didn’t feel like I got the runaround. I plan on using these guys again in the future, solid job!

I absolutely recommend their services. I had several routine maintenances; transmission, tune-up, oil change and engine diagnostic for a very reasonable price, quickly serviced while I waited. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly too!

After a nightmare scenario of my engine breaking down on a road trip outside of Bastrop, these guys took my car, did a thorough inspection and talked me through my options very patiently and professionally. They were super busy and still took my car without an appointment and did the diagnosis within a few days (after a holiday weekend). I feel like they really want to do right by customers in difficult circumstances and I will definitely be back.

Coming into town my truck started breaking down, called Austin automotive specialists, Chris and his tech's got my truck diagnosed and on the rack right away and fixed by early the next morning. Great job. 👍
