My rear brakes needed replacing. I took my truck to Austin's Automotive Specialists to have them diagnose and repair. They confirmed I needed new pads and rotors on the rear. After replacing they test drove my truck. Satisfied that my rear brakes were good, they discovered another problem. Because they did not detect the other problem on the initial diagnosis they fixed the other problem for FREE! Parts AND labor! That is the definition of Great Customer Service! Delighted, I'll return always!

They take great car of my car. The price is always responsible and they are quick to get it done. Very satisfied. I don't trust any one else to work on my car.

The last alignment shop I brought my vehicle to did a sub-par job, basically just adjusted toe and called it a day. By contrast, Jerome and his team paid attention to detail making ALL the necessary suspension adjustments and did the job as if my vehicle was their own personal daily driver. It only took about an hour and now ALL my alignment specs are set correctly and my vehicle is driving like it’s brand new again. Not to mention, a great price for a full 4-wheel alignment.

Went in for annual safety inspection. Third brake light had to be replaced and was not easily accessible. Thought we might need to leave the car there for what could have been a two hour job. Fortunately they were able to gain access to the light and only charged me for the light. Very thankful! Also, they were very proactive on following COVID-19 safety protocols. Much appreciated!

Great guys!!! Had some issues with my 05 dodge ram after having another shop service it. Sent it to AAS and they checked everything out for me and found that it was transmission issues then sent me to the transmission shop right behind theirs to get the repairs. Didnt charge me a thing!!! Wow!!! Never happens!!!

Austin Automotive Specialists recently did brake work on my 2011 Xterra. Needed a new ABS controller and ECM. They handled the work quickly and professionally. Maybe not the cheapest shop around, but they will do good work on your car.
