Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

This is my go to shop in Austin. Not only is the staff friendly but their diagnosis and repairs have been spot on multiple times. They are my only choice when it comes to my vehicle. Prices are reasonable and I'm happy with the value they provide. They communicate what and why repairs need to be completed in a non-judgmental and non-condescending manner. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

My 2006 toyota tacoma was overheating and hadn't had maintenance in years. It "needed some love" (i change my own oil). Very professional and efficient counter service provided by Lakeway Austin's Automotive Service", and convenient smartphone text communications. The work was done promptly (3 days for tons of stuff) and seems to be good quality for a reasonable price (mid-$2K). The police are among their customers, that says a lot! I am a very happy customer!

Took care of my car and got me back on the road on short notice. Fair pricing, great service, and handsome mechanics to boot. Lol

I scheduled another appointment online. They got me in and out in a timely manner. They have a friendly staff. I will continue to use Austin Automotive Specialist on West Parmer Lane for maintenance of my vehicle.

Replaced front brakes at automotive specialist,rotors and pads ,pretty fast service,will use again and I will recommend this place .

I went for state inspection on a Saturday morning. Got in/ out within 15 mins. Can't remember the gentleman's name but he was very friendly. I will definitely be back.
