This review is long, long overdue. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the excellent and friendly customer service at this location. My A/C compressor went out in the middle of the summer, and I couldn't afford to fix it for a month. It was brutal. When I brought my car into an establishment close to where I worked at the time (not AAS), they absolutely tried to up charge me, likely because I am female and they felt I wouldn't know any better. I'm glad I listened to that instinct, because when I brought in my car here, Jerome quoted me at several hundred dollars LESS than what these jerks at the other establishment were going to charge me (they've also since closed, so good riddance). He was very professional, laid back, and easy to talk to. I ended up back there a few weeks later with a flat tire, and again received excellent customer service.
