So flashback 8 months since my last visit, I had my break pads replaced here. Over $1200 when that happened and I just took my truck to the dealership and they said all of the brake pads were after market and worth maybe $5-$20 and about 1mm left before there was nothing left. Plus my master key to my lugnut was given to me that day and it was the wrong one. That was another huge problem about a month ago when I had a flat next to interstate. They may do a good job on oil changes but don’t get any major work done here. You guys are lucky I don’t call you up but I’m going to leave you a nice message on here :)! I work so hard for the money I earn and for you guys to do that is selfish and greedy. Learn from this and please if your reading this any future customers don’t make the same mistake I made. Steven, we constantly have customers come from Dealerships saying they were told they needed this or that. Once inspected we find no need for what they were told. Dealerships have the tendency to go by mileage instead of actually inspecting a vehicle. I hope you got a second opinion of what they said was needed before spending your hard earned money with them. As far as our parts, we are a Napa Car Care Center and use only quality parts. We also have a Top Notch warranty. 2 years or 24,000 miles whichever is best for our customer. Any needed warranty work would be absolutely free. Parts and labor. We are not the ones who have taken advantage of you.
