Paul and joe are great to work with. Had my explorer to another shop where they replaced the same part 2 times and was about to the third. I decided to go to these guys in hutto to-get another opinion. Glad I did wasn’t the part at all the connector that plugged into the part was almost broke in two. I’m less than 30 minutes they had it figured out and parts ordered. A few days later was fixed no problems since. Other than the 1000$+ they charged me at the other shop. Now I have taken my car and my daughters car there for repairs. Thank you guys!

I made an appointment for a wheel alignment on the morning of November 3rd. I arrived at the store at 9:50 and waited until 2:00 in the afternoon. I was so disappointed.

Doug was great and very helpful. He helped me clearly understand the repairs being done, and they finished even faster than expected!

I had a good experience with a minor fix involving a dangling undercarriage shield. They fixed it temporarily until I got the special ordered clips a few days later. I would have paid gladly, but they were very nice and didn't charge me at all because it was a minor fix!
