Austin Automotive got me in quickly for a quick test to see if my warning light was indicative of a safety issue. They were honest enough to tell me there was no immediate danger, described the issue, and invited me back to run a complete diagnostic when I had time. The problem ended up stopping on it's own, but I so appreciated their honestly and no-pressure approach. I will go back whenever I need automotive work done.

Took my truck in for a same-day brake pad service and oil change. Front desk was attentive and friendly, made the process clear and seamless. Drove home the same day with the work done and zero hassle. It’s the simple things. Will be coming back!

The staff at Austin Automotive have always been accommodating and transparent with my repairs. This visit was for an alignment of my 1992 Ford Ranger. Made an appointment online and was seen promptly. Alignment was done in a timely manner and I was able to pick her within 3 hours of dropping her off. I have had similar experiences with the work they have done on my 2009 Subaru Outback. I don’t hesitate to bring my vehicles here for any repair.
