Only discrepancy I have was I was told it would cost $75 for diagnostics over the phone then when I get there they told me it was going to be $160. Other than that Andy and Wes were very professional and accommodating. Also no on called but I did receive a text I almost missed bc I fell asleep luckily I woke up before 5:00pm and touched base with Wes who sent me a link to pay my bill over the phone. The invoice wasn’t itemized and just shows a total which was slightly annoying. Other than that I paid my bill and he left my key out for me to get into my car. Pretty straight forward and they even let bring my truck back to them after the part came in without billing me. Very accommodating and honest. Glad you guys fixed my AC in this weather I really appreciate it. Highly recommend them and would definitely be bringing my vehicles back here. Thanks Austin Automotive!

Friendly, knowledgeable service and fair pricing. Dropped my car off in the morning and was back in the road in the afternoon.

There's a $150 diagnostic fee. And they don't tell you that when providing a quote. And don't bother to fill up your tires if the TPMS sensor is showing on the dashboard. So if you got a quote over the phone, expect another $150 on top of that.
