Melissa, the shop manager, was very helpful throughout the process and explained all the steps to get my wife’s vehicle functional again. She also said that the work would be completed within an hour and she was correct. I will definitely use them again.

After reading great reviews about this auto shop I decided to take my truck there for a diagnosis. I was provided two quotes for flexibility on price, but I was shocked at the inflated cost on the parts my truck needed. I compared the unit costs to OEM dealership cost and asked for more information on where the number comes from (the parts the shop were going to use were not OEM). The shop did not want to explain why the numbers were so high so I decided not to proceed due to the lack of transparency and won’t be going back.

Blinker bulb out, was quoted 2300.00 $to replace headlight assembly. Turns out it was a 20$ burned socket that needed replacing.
