Chris (and Doug and everyone I've talked with) are very helpful and I appreciate that. I've had my old SUV in their shop a few times and 2 out of 4 times they've fixed the issue on the first try. The 3rd one was resolved on the second attempt and the 4th one is still unresolved (vehicle is 100% drivable, it's just a noise in the front suspension). When they figure out that 4th one out, I'll probably change my review to 5 stars.
