I heard rattling noises and took my car in. Turns out I needed a new engine mount and new right axle seal. Work and customer service were excellent but car repair took longer than expected. I think the problem was wrong part ordered (transmission mount).

Austin Automotive has earned a life-long customer in me! Fair prices. Quality work. Great, friendly customer service. They replaced the front brakes and rotors on my SUV a month ago. Their price was not only $300 less than other shops I called. They took the time to addressed additional concerns and answered questions with their expertise. This is not a shop that will tell you something needs to be fixed/replaced when it does not. Highly recommended!!
