Melissa was so helpful and thoroughly explained what my car needed and even gave me tips of how to notice potential oil burning in my car.

Thank you guys! It was a big job that became way bigger than expected. Longer billable hours popped up, but they stuck to the original quote, and I even got a slight discount due to the additional timing than expected. I was always kept informed, and photos taken and texted along the journey. Pretty much 1/2 the car was disassembled and put back together, and yet still stayed pretty clean....lol

Went to Austin Automotive to get my oil changed. They found some other problems, they informed me of the problems and gave me a price for fixing them. But,only took care the things I needed them too. Thanks for the great job.

Just found my new go-to mechanic. Fair prices, honest, and doesn't try to upsell you on things you don't need. We thought our brake pads needed replaced and were fully prepared to pay for a replacement, but they told us we still had a good amount of life in them and didn't need to yet. How many mechanics have the integrity to pass up an easy upsell like that? I'll definitely be going back here for both of our cars in the future.

The guys in front office are very helpful and will go out of their way to make sure we are taken care of. The mechanics also are great guys since they will be very honest and straightforward with what is necessary to be fixed or taken care of . I have a lot of respect for these awesome people ! Much recommended for anyone needing their vehicles to be taken care of ! I have been coming here for the last 5 years and still am satisfied with their services.

Took my car in thinking I would have an $800 bill and left with an $80 bill. Very honest guys. Told me that my car didn’t need the work done that I thought it needed. Some places would have went ahead and done the extra work and charged me. Will definitely go back!
