I don't like to leave negative reviews, 3 stars because they did fix some things... but I went back multiple time to fix the same issue and it was never fixed... spent over $3,000 as a disabled veteran and single mom... that was too hard of a hit for it to not be fixed.... not saying they are bad, I just felt like a number and not a human
Hi Katherine. Thank you for the feedback as it's important for us to know when we could have done better to meet our customer's expectations. I believe you are referring to some work you had done last summer which you later seemed to be having issues with. We asked that you come back to see if we could resolve what you had going on, possibly even under warranty, but we didn't see you back in. We always try to do right by our customers and if o the rare chance we don't get it right, to make it right. We really would have loved that chance with your truck. If you have anything else come up and are willing to give us a chance to make it right, we would be more than happy to help.
