WOW- Rolled into Austin Automotive Specialists with high hopes & They were exceeded. Just Prior to this- I had 2 bad experiences:1. At a dealership that didn't carry my Oil & 2. a place I had a coupon for that I almost died turning into their Parking lot- so full blocked driveway off highway!! Eric was very kind, professional, thorough, got me in & out (by making me an appt after my dr's appt) in 35 minutes & the best price in town- NO COUPON Necessary! While driving through Austin to Fort Worth, we found and stopped at Austin Automotives Specialist by chance to get an alignment and see if our brake pads needed to be replaced because of squealing. The customer service was above and beyond what I expected it to be! The waiting area was clean and the restrooms were cleaner than most auto places I've been to in the past. The staff kept us updated through the whole wait and even offer us a ride home! (Before knowing we live in fort worth). The whole staff, including technichians, were very knowledgeable in servicing our car and made great recommendations! Definitely recieved our money's worth because it's so hard to find honest customer service like what the guys at Austin Automotives Specialist provided us!! I highly recommend this place for any of your auto needs and repairs! Thank you!!

I always look for an honest place and it seems like I have found it, They are willing to help with transportation while working on my car , I'm happy with the service and recomend it.

Was just at this location, first time with this company, and my experience was pretty good. The guy I dealt with was easy to talk to and let me know what was going on. I only went in for a check engine light issue and it took them like 10 mins to look at it. Pretty quick, also I didn't have to pay for it so that's great. They told me it was most likely a gas cap issue, which I had already figured it was, and that if it happens again to just bring it in for a full diagnostic check. $98 for that is a bit pricey but considering the convenience of the location and the fast service it's not too bad. I am more than likely to return.

I've been bringing my cars here since I moved to Austin 10 years ago. Always polite & professional, they are careful to tell me what needs to be done today & what can wait until next time. I've brought cars here when I was flush with cash & broke as a joke and never felt pressured or taken advantage of. I have had a couple of customer service slip-ups on minor issues, which is bound to happen over a decade! Always with new employees & always quickly resolved with a sincere apology. As a woman it's not always easy to find a mechanic that will treat you with respect-Darin has always done so and I appreciate that.

I've had my SmartCar serviced at Austin Automotive Specialist numerous times now. I met, and got to know the technician which services my car. I've only had EXCELLENT service from these folks, reasonable prices, honest quotes and believe they serve Austin with integrity and honesty. I think the competition may be putting negative remarks on their site due that they are getting business, and the competition isn't! I highly recommend these folks otherwise I'd not be making a public statement.

I stopped in on a Saturday with no appointment to see if they could look at my brakes as they were making noises. They were able to look at and service my car that day and even better the final bill was a bit less than the estimate. I was very pleased with the service.

I own a landscape company and take all my vehicles here. They are quick to fix an issues at a low price. The guys at the front desk I talk to are incredible. Highly recommend them to all my friends!!
