i had a little problem with my windshield wipers and I took my lexus to them. the first thing they told me was to get it to the dealer so that i can get it for free in case it requires any parts (useful advice +1). i insisted that it is just some small issue- so they had a look at the car. it took them 15 mins to fix the issue, and they didn't charge me anything for that. i mean nothing - zilch. i would give them high rating for being honest and trustworthy, as they actually did some work and they could have charged me. i just got the wiper mounting tightened from the lexus dealer ship and it came loose in like 2 weeks, so if it lasts longer than that, in a way they did some work for free (and better than the dealership). it saved me a lot of time too compared to the dealer.

thanks Alok!

Really a fan of Brake Specialists! True pricing and no nonsense diagnostics. And it really helps they have many specials on their website. They really try and help the customer and are pretty good about getting me in without and appointment. Really love their frequent oil change card too!

I came in at 4pm on a day that they close at 530pm. The guys were cool in getting me in and out. I told them I just wanted to get my brake fluid drained/flushed. I wasn't expecting it, but then they asked why - and I told them it had been awhile, my mileage as well. They said no problem and it was done. Sometimes you expect people to try to sell you everything and an add on. I got in and out in 30 minutes. They said things looked fine. No dirty looks or anything when I used a coupon either. They also had free wifi there while I waited. Topping it off, it has been a week. I wasn't think of writing a review, but Billy gave me a call just to check up on how things were doing. Talk about adding value. You really don't rave about these places often, but I've gotta give props to them for helping me out and treating me like a person - even when it's not worth more money to them.

Great location (near Cabela's), great communication (let me know how much repairs would be before they started work), great service (had the car ready on time). It is rare to leave an automotive repair place feeling like your were treated fairly. Break Specialist is one of those kind of places. Tell David I sent you.

I have been bringing my car here for years, my wife's cars as well. I first was referred to them by Discount Tire, when I needed to have some wheel studs replaced as the previous shop I was getting both Tires and Repairs from well messed everything up *cough* Lamb's *cough*. I came in, they quickly replaced the wheel studs and they also happened to fix my hanging license plate (without me asking or them charging me for it). I was extremely impressed with this, as the license plate had been hanging for years and the car had been taken in many, many times to other garages that don't need to be named, again. All that time, no one had bothered to fix it, you know without having to be asked. So, this won me over and I started bringing my car there for regular service and unexpected repairs. The location has had a few different managers since I first started going there, but all of them have had a good sense of humor and have not ripped me off, they do good work and are honest with you about your problems. I look forward to taking my new car there, whenever I eventually decide to retire my 1994 Corolla.

These guys are awesome. I went to them after finding the positive review above here on Yelp. They took my car in right away, went through and explained everything wrong, told me what had to be done and what could wait. And then did the work in an hour and a 1/2 and at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend!!!

I took my car in for a inspection and oil change this past weekend to Brake Specialist's "Express Care" and was fairly pleased. They were prompt, friendly, and didn't try to upsell me on anything but headlight cleaning. 4 stars because their oil changes are on the pricey side (~$40 bucks).

It was late afternoon, my brakes were grinding terribly and I didn't think I would make it safely home. I called the closest brake repair place. Adam, the manager, told me to come in, and gave great directions to the shop. I do admit that I had to wait over an hour before they looked at my car, they were busy. The lobby was comfortable and clean with TV, magazines, coffee, restroom. My dog was able to wait with me. I needed new rotors and pads. Adam didn't push me to purchase more than I needed. He even threw in an oil change and tire rotation at no charge. My husband had recently had to do brakes on his car at another place and the charges were similar. I left my car overnight as the shop was closing for the day. The next morning, the work was finished and they provided pick up service from my home to the shop! They went the extra mile for customer service!

These guys are honest, friendly, and professional. They won't screw you around just to make money off of you. I have always had good experiences with these folks.
