An honest and reliable auto shop can sometimes be hard to find. I no longer look for one because I found the best at Austin's Automotive Specialist. They are fast and dependable. And they stand behind their work on those rare occasions everything doesn't go exactly right. If you want it done right for a fair price, this is where you go.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! I paid for a sensor to be put on my vehicle. ($340.00) My engine light never went off. They told me to dive like that for a while. Still never went off. They stated that there is nothing that they can do. You need to take it to the dealership. Well I did that and guess what. The original sensor & wires where still on the car. They NEVER replaced the part. When I call them about they hang up the phone or I get the run around. NEVER NEVER GO HERE!!! PEP BOYS is the BEST

I drove all the way from north of austin to this particular location because the service is just the best you can get ! I had some car issues this morning in the middle of my rush-hour commute on 183, and the first place my boyfriend recommended was Austin Automotive Specialists in Cedar Park. They'd done some work on his truck before, so he knew they were efficient and honest. Literally half an hour after I'd dropped my car off, they called me with the diagnosis and an exact price and told me that if anything changed, they would call me and let me know. They got the job done quickly and were incredibly polite and helpful. Definitely recommend, and I will be using them again.
