Great manager and Mechanics. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Andy and Todd were fantastic and really helped me out. They were honest and definitely did not overcharge me - at first, when it seemed like nothing was really wrong, they weren't going to charge me at all! But then they did find something and they kept it as reasonable as they could for me. I will 100% take my car here in the future and will tell all my friends to do the same! This is my go-to spot for oil changes, regardless of it not being the closest location to me. Service is always quick, prices fair, and Clay and Chris seem to really enjoy what they do...they're always both nice and easy to talk to. Clay and the rest of the crew here are nothing short of awesome! They do great work and they are very meticulous about it! Clay the manager will give it to you straight with no bs. He will always take the time to understand his customers and their needs. I love working with these guys

Why go anywhere else? Clay and the staff are SUPERB! I would feel comfortable sending my wife in there without the fear of being overcharged or unnecessary repairs being pushed!

This has been our go-to mechanic shop for over a year and we've always received honest, transparent and quality service. There have been times where we have costly fixes to pay for and other times they'll call us and say, "I'd hold off on this fix, come get your car no charge." They sell you fixes you need, not ones that pad their pockets. Every time we bring one of our two cars here, we know we are getting a great deal because we aren't paying for things we don't need. We typically drop our cars off first thing Saturday and they call us with a report and estimate by noon or so, depending on the problem. Thanks guys! Tom rescued me! Sometimes the universe gives you a heads up before it craps all over your day... Not for me, not today. No, it'll let you start your car and let you go get your groceries. It's after you're done loading your groceries into your vehicle in 40F weather and you're ready to warm up that the universe goes, "Hm.. let's see if we can give her a little heart attack." Yeah, my car didn't start. I was freaking out. My closest friends live north of Austin so I called the only people that I could think of, Austin Automotive. I forgot who answered the phone, but they were so calm and nice that I instantly felt better just talking to them. Tom, the manager, came to my rescue and jumped my car. I hurried over to the shop and they replaced my battery within 10 minutes. I'm so thankful for everyone at Austin Automotive Specialists.
