We have been customers of the Austin Automotive at 12990 Research Blvd, Austin, TX for many years. They have always given us great service. Melissa Miller, the manager, is outstanding. She explains everything carefully to us and works to get the parts we need and get our car out of the shop in a timely manner without too much expense. I keep a stack of their business cards and hand them out whenever anyone asks me for a recommendation. They are that good.

I went in for my Honda AC blowing warm air. They tested for leaks and put in refrigerant and balance the oil and I was running cold within two hours after taking in. I was really impressed with their professionalism and quick action.

I stumbled upon this shop randomly to get my oil changed one day & now I won’t go anywhere else (mostly because Melissa is AMAZING). Every time I have gone, the service has been speedy and reasonably priced. They always do their best to get me in same day if they can and are super helpful. I never feel haggled to get more done than my car actually needs, which is typically my experience at every other mechanic. 10/10 recommend!!!

We were at our wits end and needed to find a place that could actually diagnose what was going on with our Suburban. Melissa and the crew were Beyond helpful very insightful and on it when I brought it in. I would recommend their shop to anybody looking to figure out exactly what's wrong and not have to just pay for parts changing. My son has been a customer for over 15 years and is highly impressed and from my experience with Melissa and her team I wouldn't go anywhere else if they could handle what needed to be done. We are heading to a transmission shop this afternoon and the man who did the warranty work said that he should be able to take care of it. My appreciation goes a long way for the help that you have given us and I'm praying that today the problem will be resolved. Great service. They performed diagnostics and, rather than immediately suggesting an expensive AC repair, put some dye in the system and had me drive it for a few days so they could isolate the problem and potentially do a less expensive repair.
