I cannot begin to say enough good things about Andy and the service that I've received from his team and him. They are honest, thorough, fast and fair. You should be comfortable taking your vehicle there and knowing you're not being scammed. He has serviced our 2010 Ford F150 and 2001 Toyota 4Runner.

My daughter was returning from a holiday visit in Austin to Dallas when her 10 year old Honda left her stranded on 35. Her car was initially deposited at another facility recommended by AAA, but after their initial consultation I sought help elsewhere as i didn't feel comfortable with the initial diagnosis. Google reviews brought me to Andy, and after speaking with him I realized we would not be taken advantage of. Car was repaired at a fair price and done quickly. Thanks to all for a job well done!

An honest and reliable auto shop can sometimes be hard to find. I no longer look for one because I found the best at Austin's Automotive Specialists. They are fast and dependable. And they stand behind their work on those rare occasions everything doesn't go exactly right. If you want it done right for a fair price, this is where you go.

They were amazing! They helped me out so much, communicating with my warranty company and getting everything sorted out. I would recommend everyone to come to this repair facility. They were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Didn't surprise me with any unexpected costs or anything. I was on vacation visiting my family when I needed the fix. Even my family that lives in Austin is going to start going there and they are going to recommend people to go there when they ask. Todd and Andy are the best!

Discount Tire on Be White recommended this place to me as I was dissatisfied with Firestone. I'm so very happy I started going to Austin Automotive Specialists on William Cannon! As a women with no background in mechanical Issues and no one in my life to turn to in a time of need, I always have to be careful getting taken advantage of at certain places, especially mechanics. I have been going here for about a year now and since I drive a lot, break everything I touch, and have a car with 170,000 miles I feel like I am ALWAYS in the shop! I remember the first time I was getting my breaks and rotors replaced. I argued with Andy about just replacing it all, but he refused stating I didn't need the rotors changed, just cut and breaks replaced. I didn't want to deal with having to come back in a short time period to do it all again, but I finally gave in and listened to him. The people that work here are so great and obviously honest. He could have robbed me for a few hundred extra bucks, but didn't and that's why I keep coming back! They always give me fair pricing, honest work, and friendly service. Pricing was competitive and the repair was done in a timely manner. I had the added complexity of needing to have my truck towed which was done professionally. High marks for this business

I've been going to Austin Automotive Specialist for over Decade since named Brake Specialist Plus and every time I get impeccable service. Andrew The manager was once again excellent. I thought I was gonna fork out some serious money because my Brakes were sqeaking real bad. He said a pin had broken and was causing the noise. No charge! In and out in only an hour. Highly recommend this store
