I've talked to Paul multiple times and he's always helped me over the phone when possible. This time I wasn't able to fix it myself so I took my 76 Jeep CJ in with a strange problem where it was stalling on me sporadically. They quickly figured it out and fixed the problem for a fair diagnostic fee. I've finally found an honest mechanic that cares more about customers than money. You've earned a long term customer in me!

Worked with Paul on several appointments. Replaced radiator, hoses and thermostat excellent turn-around time. They saved me a lot of money, by patching a crack under the heater and was leaking coolant. Thought I had a bad windshield washer pump and expected to have it replace. They told me that it was just clogged and no need to replace the pump. I will continue to take my vehicle there.

Awesome service, reasonable price, and great staff. I couldn't get that damn radio jingle out of my head, so when my car started acting up, I took it to their location off Research and was glad I did. Kudos to Paul for chatting with me while I waited in the lobby.

Donot go there. Very costly service. They charged me very high price for the spares. It was 3 times the cost available outside. They replaced wiper transmission and charged $214 where as its original cost in Auto zone is $99. I would at least think its close to AutoZone price. Total bill came down to be $413. I would never go there and prefer firestone or would have gone to a dealer.
