Visited to have them take a look at my Civic and at first was very pleased. They were quick in diagnosing the problem and were polite. However, upon receiving an estimate for the repairs I was grossly disappointed when they attempted to charge me over $1,100 simply to replace my front struts (this type of repair typically costs $700 at the very most in my area). Though the employees were polite, I suspect they increased the prices on my estimate because I am a young woman who came alone. I will not be coming back and will instead find a mechanic willing to give me a fair and honest estimate.

I've had several occasions to have Andy and the team tend to my aging Maxima. This includes timing chain work, power steering, a wheel bearing, brakes, AC and apparently, a very sophisticated headlight replacement. More than once, the final price was less than the estimate and they beat dealer and chain prices consistently and considerably. Andy is always upfront in prioritizing and advising what really needs attention. I'm about to go back for an AC followup and really hope the dye indicates an O ring fix or something inexpensive like Andy and me are praying for. I'll be a repeat client no doubt, and recommend them to everyone I can. We have an older Lexus GS 400 the was having steering issues. Todd Lincoln and the crew did an extraordinary job diagnosing and fixing the problem. Their research also revealed a fluids error made in a prior servicing performed by another provider. All very well done and at a fair price! I stopped by because I somehow managed to let all the air out of a tire when I was trying to inflate it. They rescued me at no charge and were real gentlemen! I will be their client again!
