And they stand behind their work on those rare occasions everything doesn't go exactly right. If you want it done right for a fair price, this is where you go.

They were amazing! They helped me out so much, communicating with my warranty company and getting everything sorted out. I would recommend everyone to come to this repair facility. They were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Didn't surprise me with any unexpected costs or anything. I was on vacation visiting my family when I needed the fix. Even my family that lives in Austin is going to start going there and they are going to recommend people to go there when they ask. Todd and Andy are the best!

Discount Tire on Be White recommended this place to me as I was dissatisfied with Firestone. I'm so very happy I started going to Austin Automotive Specialists on William Cannon! As a women with no background in mechanical Issues and no one in my life to turn to in a time of need, I always have to be careful getting taken advantage of at certain places, especially mechanics. I have been going here for about a year now and since I drive a lot, break everything I touch, and have a car with 170,000 miles I feel like I am ALWAYS in the shop! I remember the first time I was getting my breaks and rotors replaced. I argued with Andy about just replacing it all, but he refused stating I didn't need the rotors changed, just cut and breaks replaced. I didn't want to deal with having to come back in a short time period to do it all again, but I finally gave in and listened to him. The people that work here are so great and obviously honest. He could have robbed me for a few hundred extra bucks, but didn't and that's why I keep coming back! They always give me fair pricing, honest work, and friendly service. I've been going to Austin Automotive Specialist for over Decade since named Brake Specialist Plus and every time I get impeccable service. Andrew The manager was once again excellent. I thought I was gonna fork out some serious money because my Brakes were sqeaking real bad. He said a pin had broken and was causing the noise. No charge! In and out in only an hour. Highly recommend this store

I've talked to Paul multiple times and he's always helped me over the phone when possible. This time I wasn't able to fix it myself so I took my 76 Jeep CJ in with a strange problem where it was stalling on me sporadically. They quickly figured it out and fixed the problem for a fair diagnostic fee. I've finally found an honest mechanic that cares more about customers than money. You've earned a long term customer in me!

Worked with Paul on several appointments. Replaced radiator, hoses and thermostat excellent turn-around time. They saved me a lot of money, by patching a crack under the heater and was leaking coolant. Thought I had a bad windshield washer pump and expected to have it replace. They told me that it was just clogged and no need to replace the pump. I will continue to take my vehicle there.
