These guys are so honest and loyal to their customers I won’t ever take my car anywhere else

Been taking my vehicles here for the past 5 years. They are totally honest & dependable. I recently took my car in for a tune up. They found a problem I was aware of but hadn't addressed. Long story short, they charged me the same price as me buying the part online & doing it myself. Be sure to ask for a small Austin Automotive sticker to put somewhere on your vehicle & they give you a discount on your bill. I love this place. We have tried two or three other auto shops in the area, but we won't go anywhere else since trying Austin's Automotive Specialistss. Their prices are by far the fairest and most affordable, and they're super friendly. I've had to stay and wait on occasion, but they have free WiFi and comfy furniture, so I could still work while they fixed up my car. I really hate looking for a good auto repair shop for my fleet vehicle. That said Doug at Austin Austin Automotive specialist did a great job on my fleet car very respectfully and listen carefully at me discribe what my vehicle was doing. Once my fleet approved repairs he gave my a eta and got it all done in one day , Saturday at that and I didn't show up early either . This is the only place I go and I think their prices are fair for the market and the people are friendly

They get the job done fast and right, at a reasonable price, with zero mansplaining or upselling.

I had worn my front brakes down to nothing (bad, I know!) and needed new brakes NOW...I had no appointment, I didn't even call first -- I just drove up and told Mike, the manager, about the severe grinding. He got me in, even though they were busy, busy! They inspected my brakes, ordered the parts needed, and installed new brakes without any problems and with minimal wait. They also told me I have about six more months to go with my rear brakes. Even though I live far south from them, I will be going back to Mike and his fantastic team when it's time for the rear brakes! Elite '2020 Elite '2020 I have taken 2 cars here and couldn't be more pleased. Great service. They make me feel taken care of and are attentive. Never tried to over sell me on anything. Respected my feedback and concerns. Took good care of my eldest son and got his car college ready so my wife and I do t worry. Probably not he cheapest but I also didn't shop around much. Based on experience price was fair. FYI they have a night drop and open early. Mike the manager was awesome!! Andy and his team are keeping my 15 year old Accord running well. The service time is reasonable for a shop that is always busy (because word has gotten out that they are great) and the customer service is excellent. This visit I came in late in the day reporting my car was "making a funny noise", left my car overnight, and Andy had a quote for me well before noon the next day despite my not having an appointment days before spring break. The service, plus an oil change and alignment, was then completed within a couple of hours.
