Took my 65' GTO here for new shocks and springs and carb tune up (in the process or restoring it). The suspension was great but they couldn't get the original carb tuned so they threw a new carb on. Well they had trouble tuning that one as well. I rated them 4 stars even though they could get the carburetor fixed because they put a lot of effort into trying to get it tuned. Not many folks know how to tune carburetors so it would be difficult to hold this against them. The bottom line is that my GTO runs and rides better than it did before I took it there so I'm happy about that. The carb issue? Well,I'm still look for someone to help with that... OUTSTANDING!!!!!! That is the best word I can come up with. The customer service at the Buda Austin Automotive Specialist is second to none. They have my car running better than it has since we bought it ten years ago. They listened to our issues, identified the problems, and found the LEAST expensive way to fix it! TRUSTWORTHY!!!!!!!! I usually worry about getting upsold and paying more for a repair for a simple item than I have to. NOT HERE!! OMG came in from out of state for a family funeral. Had some odd scary noise but didn't want to be late to funeral (already behind schedule bc of blowout in LA). Finally made it in to AAS in Round Rock TX about 2:30pm on Saturday. They determined problem and fixed it so could safely return to MS. Bless y'all!

Needed an oil change for an upcoming road trip from Austin to VT, and although it's a holiday week and they were booked solid, Andy told me to drop my car off and they'd get it done. Not only did they get it done, but it was done by 11am - not the last hour of the day. Andy went above and beyond not only doing the oil change himself, but rotating my tires, topping off fluids and even removing some stubborn bolts I couldn't unstick so that I could install a trailer hitch. Loved this experience! went in for a simple door handle repair. I was able to drop off my car and they took me to work and picked me up when it was done! Super awesome experience.
