I came in when my car was making some concerning noises. They were able to see me right away, they had great customer service, spent almost an hour to diagnose my problem, and sent me on my way. Our last mechanic retired. I’m please to have a new place I can trust.

I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but here I am: Austin Automotive has had my back for the past few years. They are happy to give you a free second opinion (by appointment), and yesterday they said my car looked great and nothing needed to be repaired or replaced. When was the last time you went to any mechanic and they told you THAT?! They have taken the time to educate me on my maintenance schedule when I'm in the shop so I know when I'm being sold a service that I don't need quite yet. They are courteous, patient, and on top of that, reasonably priced.

We were in a real bind and couldn’t find anyone to come out and replace the battery in our car and the guys at Austin’s Automotive Specialists came to our rescue! They were very friendly and responded quickly. I highly recommend them!!!
