They were fantastic! Got my car in the same day. Found the correct problem with AC and fixed it under $600. I had initially gone to Lamb's on William Cannon, but they lied to me and said l needed a new Blower Motor Assembly for $1200. I knew that was wrong as the blower was working fine on all 4 speeds. It was blowing fine, just hot. I strongly recommend Southwest Automotive Specialists. They are fast, fairly priced and have a terrific professional attitude.

Melissa is always honest about what really needs to be fixed and she will actually bring you into the shop and explain in detail what they are doing! I won’t take my car anywhere else and I’m grateful to finally have found some trusting people who aren’t trying to screw you over!

Took my vehicle for scheduled maintenance at the dealership. They said I needed brake pads & machine rotors AND eventually a timing cover reseal to the tune of $5,300! Decided to get a second opinion from Andy at Austin Automotive. Turns out I needed NONE of that and he didn't even charge me for the inspection. This shop is so honest, transparent, and professional in a business where ripping people off is a common practice. YOU CAN TRUST THIS SHOP to tell it to you straight. I will bring my vehicle here next time it needs any kind of work done.

My car broke down at night and was over an hour away when the tow truck took it to them. They worked with me and the driver on getting things organized. Then over the weekend I was in a car wreck and broke my arm. They worked with me again on everything and held the car until I could come get it. Forrest and the rest of the crew were super friendly and I am very appreciative of them going the extra mile to help out.
