Used to bring our cars here all the time until a change in management in 2018. The current manager, Chris, is everything you want and hope for in when you need maintenance or repairs for your vehicles. Glad to be an Austin's Automotive Specialists customer again.

Only discrepancy I have was I was told it would cost $75 for diagnostics over the phone then when I get there they told me it was going to be $160. Other than that Andy and Wes were very professional and accommodating. Also no on called but I did receive a text I almost missed bc I fell asleep luckily I woke up before 5:00pm and touched base with Wes who sent me a link to pay my bill over the phone. The invoice wasn’t itemized and just shows a total which was slightly annoying. Other than that I paid my bill and he left my key out for me to get into my car. Pretty straight forward and they even let bring my truck back to them after the part came in without billing me. Very accommodating and honest. Glad you guys fixed my AC in this weather I really appreciate it. Highly recommend them and would definitely be bringing my vehicles back here. Thanks Austin Automotive!

Best kept secret in Austin...these guys get the job done and don't jerk ya around.

I had a transmission fluid change on my Camry. Even though they had a full schedule I was able to get in and out in a reasonable time. Their customer service was top notch! The manager Andy Walker runs a great shop.
