I had a great experience at Austin Automotive. I definitely recommend and hope to continue using their services! Melissa is such a helpful and kind person - I would recommend Austin Automotive solely because of her, but, luckily, the whole shop is great!

🙂i went to austin automotive on parmer lane yesterday. i want to say that Emory at the front desk was especially helpful. i would definitely recommend taking any vehicle problems to austin automotive.

I showed up with some random issues with my car while they were very busy. I wasn’t sure if they serviced these issues or not (broken plastic on undercarriage and help with mounting license plate). They were so kind and made time for me. I would 100% recommend them and will be going back there for sure!

AA on W Wm Cannon replaced my Honda SUV AC. My wife and i have always been satisfied. They explained things well, in language i can understand. Did a very acceptable job. But (ouch!) the bill! $$$ 😳 But i knew it was going to be expensive.

Thank you Steven. AC costs are going up and Freon is getting exorbitant.

Was done quickly and for a very reasonable price. I'm always concerned that a mechanic will find a way to upcharge. I've now been to these folks twice now and had great experiences.
