Front desk employee Wes was very helpful and professional. Drop off was simple and my car was diagnosed the same day. Wes gave me a quote for the repair and answered all of my questions about pricing. They were able to start that afternoon and completed early the next day. I just moved here two weeks ago from out of state when a bunch of lights came on my dashboard. I posted to a Facebook group asking for recommendations of where to take it and I was told Austin’s Automotive was the best.
