Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

I have been here a handful of times and I've decided it's "my" car place now. They are friendly, quick, and very fair in terms of pricing. Most importantly, they're honest. Ive brought my car in a couple of times when other repair places have told me something major is wrong requiring immediate expensive attention and they revealed to me that some of those issues were really not as urgent as the other places indicated. They have also always made time for me as a walk-in even though they clearly do a lot of business. Their attitude makes sense to me--be honest, do good work, and provide excellent service and you will have plenty of return customers. It's a Win win. Elite '2020 Elite '2020 I've ever only been here for the inspection so I won't comment on anything other than that. They have always been fairly quick and cordial. Decent waiting area with TV and WiFi. No complaints, typically easy in and out. As long as I live in this area these guys will be my go to for auto repair. Being a younger woman, finding a mechanic you can trust is hard, really hard. I feel extremely comfortable with Tom and his team and feel that they will only recommend what is truly needed and not try to take me to the cleaners. They did such a fast, thorough, fair-priced job on my car that a few days later I brought them another one to repair. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Andy, the manager, even arranged a ride for me to get my car. Great customer service at good prices. They'll have my future business.

The only place I actually trust to repair my vehicle. Very personable and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable pricing and quick service. I've chatted with the manager and other staff and they all make me feel comfortable talking about auto repair - something I know little about.
