These guys always get me fixed right up, they let you know what’s wrong and how much it will cost before they start the work. Ryan is super nice and helpful any time I need work done. So glad I found this place!

I couldnt determine why my tire kept getting flat. they found the issue in 20mins in and out and didnt even charge me. It was a cracked rim!! Great service will definitely use again!!!!!! Russell was awesome!!!

Communication was not great. Every day they said my car would be ready and when I followed up there was some reason why it wasn’t ready. That went on from Monday - Saturday. Understand it was a holiday week and some things out of their control, but communicating a clearer timeline and reaching out to me before I do should be a priority in service. Also, the last two times I have had my car fixed, there was a new issue once I left the lot. I gave This a 2 stars cause I have had the best experience with them prior to these last two. Seems like a turnover of people at the front desk as the old crew was great with service.

We agree, we did not do the best job communicating with you, especially given the holiday week and how that could impact getting parts, etc. We still hold the same level of service that you know and plan on proving it to you. We just ask that you give us a chance to do so. We have also tried reaching out via phone and hope we can connect with you to make things right. Apologies again for the lack of clear communication. I’ve used you guys for my oil changes. I booked my appointment in advanced. I understand you get parts from Napa. I booked this at 7:30am the earliest I can because my time is very short and valuable. 45 minutes later while working in the lobby I get told NAPA don’t answer the phone and I don’t know why. I pay for service, and I run a service company but if I was in the same situation at 5-10 minutes NAPA don’t answer I would have told the customer and let them know. I understand the uncontrollable but you do control the fact that you can communicate to your customers since they have other things to do with their time. I will take my business somewhere else but I value my time and value my the service I pay for. Work on communication and consideration.
