I’ve been here multiple times and have always had a great experience. First time there they came in at 50% of the dealers quote. They’ve also honored warranties on their work no questions asked. Have always worked with Andy and feel like he communicates exactly what needs to be fixed without the menu of “nice to haves” with a giant price tag. Highly recommend.

Austin Automotive was great- they were very communicative, and did their best to avoid unnecessary repair work to keep my costs down. Very much recommend! Also- they are a local owned business, support your local business!

Thank you Matt. We are in fact about the last family owned multi location automotive repair companies in Austin. Most all other multi location auto repair shops have been bought out by out of state buyers groups.

My engine light went on due to it misfiring. Decided to take it to the official Kia dealership and let them know it was probably spark plugs/engine coil. The guy told me it would be 200 dollars to diagnose, and another 2 weeks to get it repaired. Would've easily cost me 1000 dollars for a simple repair. Made a call to Austin Automotive and spoke with Andy. First of all, he was extremely understanding, not condescending, and explained the steps i should take. Took it to the shop that morning and was in and out that same day. Saved me a TON compared to the dealership, and all the staff was professional, and just nice. I will only ever go back to this shop, or the others around town. Highly recommend.

I drove my 2018 Ford Flex SEL in to have the rear breaks checked because I noticed a ripple in the disc. Good thing I took it in because the Disc's were warped and weren't working properly. Nick was really helpful in getting the replacement parts needed which were new disc's and pads and serviced my vehicle while I waited and got my oil changed as well while it was on the rack. Great customer service at an affordable price and done in a timely manner. I recommend the Buda Austin Automotive Service Center to anyone in need of service or repairs. Give them a call and sure you will as pleased as I am.

Melissa was INCREDIBLY kind and honest with me. They helped me get my car fixed up that hadn’t run for a few years. They didn’t charge me for anything I didn’t absolutely need. I will be returning to them for regular vehicle service. Thank you guys!!

I will recommend this auto shop to anyone and everyone. Andy is amazing and incredibly helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt so comfortable when I took my car in to see why it was shaking as bad as it was. He reassured me by answering all of my questions and giving me some information regarding other thinks that might be wrong with my car. I left my car at the shop for a full diagnostic and within the same day Andy called me and told me the problem was only a bad tire. My husband and I went to go pick it up and Andy handed me my key and said I was good to go, no charge or anything. I was amazed and felt so grateful. I will be coming here for any future maintenance my car might need. Thank you guys so much!

I was on my way back to Dallas after family Thanksgiving in Austin, when our Acura RDX suddenly "lost power" on I-35. My wife and mother in law were in the car with me, going about 70 mph...and then suddenly we were doing 15 mph. Not good. Luckily, the engine trouble just happened to hit us near your shop in Round Rock. Google directed me to your location, where Andrew Seibel and team jumped on the problem right away. Within minutes, they had the issue diagnosed and resolved!!! I went "from zero to hero" with my wife and her mom...and we were back on our way in no time. THANK YOU, Andrew! Your rock, sir!!!
