Got my inspection quickly on a Saturday.

Blake is amazing! He went to work for me and found the best deal on a transmission and not only honored the pricing a month after the quote but has been so caring and helpful to someone that knows zero about cars ! I never felt taken advantage of and most importantly was treated so kindly that i wasn’t intimidated to ask “stupid” questions. Thank you again Blake and the Austin Auto team- yall have no idea how grateful i am towards yall!

I highly recommend these guys! They resolved all 3 of my issues (brakes/rotors, check engine light, and window issue) quickly. They do high quality work, are very personable and approachable. My work was also significantly less expensive than the dealership was about to charge me. I will be a return customer!

They put cheap Chinese tires on my car that didn’t even last a year and charged me about $100 more per tire than the recommended brand costs. Huge ripoff.

Hello, For some context on my review, I am a 26 year old male living in south Austin. I’ve purchased two cars in my life and have not had to do much maintenance in the time I have been a car owner. Though recently I took my car here and the experience was great. The service was swift and efficient. Communication was top notch. And Russel, was my main point of contact, his customer service was the best I have experienced in the auto mobile repair world. If you are looking for a place to take your vehicle and trust you are getting taking care of fairly and quickly (dependent on how many cars are in the shop obviously), i would consider coming here.

The guy that attended to me was great, very helpful, the transparency is awesome.
