Communication was not great. Every day they said my car would be ready and when I followed up there was some reason why it wasn’t ready. That went on from Monday - Saturday. Understand it was a holiday week and some things out of their control, but communicating a clearer timeline and reaching out to me before I do should be a priority in service. Also, the last two times I have had my car fixed, there was a new issue once I left the lot. I gave This a 2 stars cause I have had the best experience with them prior to these last two. Seems like a turnover of people at the front desk as the old crew was great with service.

We agree, we did not do the best job communicating with you, especially given the holiday week and how that could impact getting parts, etc. We still hold the same level of service that you know and plan on proving it to you. We just ask that you give us a chance to do so. We have also tried reaching out via phone and hope we can connect with you to make things right. Apologies again for the lack of clear communication.
