We’ve had great experiences with Austin Automotive Specialists since we moved here. Getting our cars serviced has been straightforward every time.

I rate my recent experience as 3 star as I need to go there twice for wheel alignment. There was nothing wrong with my car and it runs pretty smooth, no shaking or drifting. I went for the alignment due to the new set of tires. After the first alignment, the driving felt different, steering not as confident, a little bit drifting, and the steering wheel is not straight. Needed to go there the next day to have it realigned. No hassle in this process. It has a 6-month warranty anyway. Just wasted some more hours. Hoping they could put more care into customers' vehicles.

I have gone to Austin Automotive for years with different vehicles I have had. This time I went in for Brake service on the vehicle I have now. I have not been disappointed of their service. I was told on an issue the dealership had not addressed to me to where the issue may be serious. I’m am glad I did go to Austin Automotive.

Melissa was very knowledgeable about my car and the tech worked on it as if it was his own car, this will be my go to mechanic for all my cars!
