First time customer. Prices were good. Jerome was easy to get a hold of; I called 3-4 times for questions and quotes while they had my car and he picked up every time. He also worked with me on pricing. The bad came when I picked up my car. Got the call around 5pm after a delay (fine, this happens), arrived 15 mins later. Got in my car and noticed the shift knob had a lot more free play than normal. Flagged Jerome down as he closed up and said he couldn't do anything about it now but bring it back in the morning. Driving home, find out I can't shift into 1st gear, only 3rd, causing some extra wear on my clutch to get it going from a stop. Got it home and my hands had black dirt from the steering wheel and shift knob. The tech couldn't wash hands before getting in my car? After some Googling, found out the tech dislodged a shift cable while working in the engine bay. Thankfully an easy fix I did myself but careless. I'll be looking elsewhere next time.
I'm sorry Jon. When you work on so many cars something is unfortunately bound to happen sometime. We have great warranties and always honor them.
