Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

Scheduled an appointment for 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning, showed up a few minutes early and went inside. They were unfortunately extremely short staffed with only one mechanic working, one person inside answering the phones, and the store manager playing utility. They were up front about the fact that they were short staffed and after I explained my problem, the store manager, Andy, rolled up his sleeves, and went out to the shop and took a look at my car so I didn't have to drop it off and come back 6 hours later for a simple 15-minute diagnostic. He went above and beyond and was extremely personable and helpful and best of all, he was upfront and honest. I can tell you that I will definitely be taking my vehicle back here because of his candor and his willingness to help somebody out in a pinch despite being short staffed. I now understand why this repair shop has such a high rating while everybody else has far lower numbers. I WILL be back! And with a car with 90,000 Mi on it, you know that that's a guarantee! Took my car in to replace the entire A/C system. The price quoted to me was $300 CHEAPER than any other garage I had gone to, which gave me enough left over to get some other work done on my car while they had it. The place must be staffed by wizards or something, because they had all the work finished within 24 hours. The staff is friendly and professional and very attentive to its clients. Austin Automotive Specialists on William Cannon should be the first place anyone goes to if they want a relatively affordable quote for car repairs without sacrificing any quality or too much time. Just make sure it's specifically the shop on William Cannon, though. Not all of their locations have such an awesome staff. Anyway, Thanks, guys! Your garage is now my go to place for repairs.

Last year Cameron Walker did a fine repair job on a motor mound that was nearly a disaster, but I failed to mention the mechanic who discovered it and repaired it. Thank you Cameron for the expertise in car repair as your Father before you. You two make a fine team. It is done right always the first time and at a very affordable price. They did an outstanding job of sorting my suspension issues out and correcting the root problem. It required a deep understanding and took much longer than a normal wheel alignment but they took the time and made the effort with the result that they fixed my problem correcting.
