These guys were absolutely great. Morgan helped get my truck to the shop when it dumped radiator fluid all over the parking lot. They had it fixed and ready the same day so I didn't miss any school days. Even with the parts being oddball they made it happen and were so kind to help with the affordable bill with a discount for teachers. 100% will be recommending this shop for auto service. And I'll probably use them again.

This was so easy. I should have not put the work off, they completed the work quickly within a day and a half. The price was fair and didn’t change. We will bring any car concerns to Austin Automotive Specialist because we can trust them.

The folks and service at Austin Auto on Parmer were lovely, extremely thorough, and fast! They were also super helpful when it came to making suggestions on what could be done at a later date (cost efficient decisions, while ensuring the important parts got seen to). Anthony was responsive and very kind. I will assuredly be going back there again!

My experience at this location was astonishing place was very clean manger Emery welcome me in offered me a water & even offered me the wifi password and even had me meet one of the mechanics that was going check my vehicle out Juan was such a great and joyful person and very knowledgeable seems like everyone enjoyed working here Manger is doing such a fantastic job managing everyone and very organized even when it started to pick up and getting crowed will most definitely be making the (45 min drive just to make this my primary automotive specialists)

I had a really expensive repair done here on my car this week. I knew the news wouldn’t be great but it was worse than expected. I can’t express enough, how well Brandon did with answering all my questions and helping me through such a stressful time. He was kind, understanding and he cared. My husband passed away and I am not use to handling these things. In fact, naturally very worried on who I can trust, I called my service rep where I purchased my car and the price was about the same but I was getting a better warranty here. Plus the turn around time to get my car fixed was way faster. Now for Cameron, the mechanic that found what caused my problem and fixed it, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am beyond grateful that God has given you such a wonderful skill and talent. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Thank you so much!
