Austin automotive- if you are looking for a shop to help with your car and not wanting to feel cheated or scammed. This is the place to go. I was thinking that my breaks needed to be replaced. I got a couple of quotes and their prices are competitive. I brought my 08 ford in and they called to let me know my breaks don’t need to be replaced. They allowed me to adjust my services and provided a new quoted price. I am feeling satisfied and like my vehicle has not driven this well before. I used brake check last time and my vehicle drove the same as before getting the breaks replaced. I am a 26 female with little automotive replace/repair experience. services were great. took about an hr for diagnostics. and then only a few hours for the repair itself. so quick, friendly, and went above and beyond. they probabaly don’t always do this, but even offered me a ride home which i’m so grateful for because the whole ordeal was unplanned. thanks!

I recently had my car serviced for axle replacement, which was quite expensive. Unfortunately, a leak issue arose after the repair. I called them and told them about the problem. Chris picked up my car from my house. I mentioned that I couldn’t afford another bill. They fixed the problem at no additional cost. I’m pleased to say that technician Tim Alvarez did a good job this time around. The important thing is that my car is now running smoothly.
