I have taken several vehicles to this shop and have always been very satisfied with the way they handle business. Very professional and knowledgeable shop. The wait time for the repairs to my vehicles has been very acceptable. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that has ill feelings or trust issues towards mechanic shops. I’ve been around a long time and have had my fair share of bad experiences with shady mechanic shops. Dealing with this shop is a breath of fresh air.

Austin Automotive took care of my car need. After changing my battery, another issue came up. They troubleshooted every possible sources of the problem. They researched the issues until they solved it. I really appreciated it how they went above and beyond to make sure all issues were resolved.

Great service. They performed diagnostics and, rather than immediately suggesting an expensive AC repair, put some dye in the system and had me drive it for a few days so they could isolate the problem and potentially do a less expensive repair.
