Great experience with this location. I had a check engine light come on and car started to drive ruff. Luckily I was able to pull into Austin’s Automotive Specialists where they got me back up and running. From the moment I walked in and was greeted I knew I was in good hands.

Austin automotive does not care about cars . Despite several attempts to resolve one issue on a vehicle. They could not find the issue with said vehicle and had 1 guy in there who apparently knows what he’s doing but is never available. 1 star is being generous…

This is my go-to stop. Evreytime I come here they do great work and are super understanding and caring people. They understand costs can be high and will work with you to get your car fixed. If you got a problem in your vehicle but don't know how to fix it,this place will. And they'll do it right.

Melissa, Eddie, and the team have earned my family's trust over the years, and I simply won't take my cars anywhere else in Austin to be serviced. Just to prove the point, when I saw the check engine light on one of my vehicles last week, I paid AAA $70 over what was covered for towing just to get the car to this location. As always, they were quick, efficient, and courteous, and got me back on the road in no time. Can't recommend them enough!
