I'm not a happy customer. I feel like they just don't want to address the faults of not owing up to their mistake of not providing a thorough quality control. Had they did so. They would realize that the noise that I was taking it there for is still there. Now I give them 5 stars for inspection of my truck and identifying other problems. But they still did not fix the problem at hand. Costing me just over a grand. Also a simple photo call to me saying that they can't seen to locate the noise would have been helpful. After my talk this morning. Seeing that I was inconvenienced and not taken care of. I still have to drop my truck off and wait a whole day. That's not customer service!!!! Try again Forrest!!! Thanks for taking the time to speak with us Genaro. We are glad you are very happy with how your suspension feels now that we worked on it. Sorry we couldn't get that slight noise identified but we'd love the opportunity to give it another look. Just like the doctor, we can't always find the root cause with one diagnostic check or test but we won't quit in trying to solve it for you. We hope you give us that chance.
