Back in 2021, these folks gave me an oil change that failed. The car was driven briefly with no oil and the oil was replaced by them the next day. I asked them for a warranty which they reluctantly gave me. This year after very little miles driven the engine failed. They claim they had no record of the warranty and did nothing but tow the car there and tow it away. They definitely had a “too bad for you”mentality. So this little oil change cost me $3800 for a new motor . I would definitely avoid them and their business practices .

Thank you Emery Williams for guiding me through my car dilemma and getting me back on the road🙏🏻 Both you and Clay Homman advised me over the phone while I was stranded in another city, then looked over the quoted repairs given to me while in that city, to advise me on what I really needed to get done to get back on the road and back into my regular shop, Austin Automotive, Round Rock location. Thank you for doing all the research to try to get me better prices and prioritizing me to get me back on the road safely. As a single woman not wanting to be taken advantage of, I am blessed that you guys have gone above and beyond to assist me with all the issues I’ve had with this Mini I am so grateful to have found an auto shop that I can trust —even when I’m frantic on a holiday!

We have had a A/C problem since the beginning of August. Our maintenance agreement with the dealership has expired. Austin Automotive accepts the new contract. They worked on the system, have not been able to replicate the problem, solved it and have us back on the road. The dedication of the team has won a new customer for the Buda Location of Austin Automotive.
